Thomas Carragher, Executive Managing Director in Newmark’s Industrial and Logistics Services division, is an expert in developing long-term strategic plans for his clients, which range from Fortune 500 corporations to local, regional and national small and mid-sized firms.
Prior to joining Newmark in 2020, Carragher was Executive Vice President, Branch Manager at Savills. There, he spearheaded the expansion of their national Industrial Services Group, a practice group which provides long-standing and new industrial clients with supply chain management and logistic strategies that yield superior financial results. Some of his clients include International Paper, Melissa & Doug, Home Essentials, Benjamin Moore, Christian Dior, United Natural Foods, Port Logistics Group, Mane USA, Coca Cola Enterprises, Donna Karan, LVMH, JM Huber, Perrigo Pharmaceutical, Shiseido, Bare Escentuals, Bed Bath & Beyond and Georgia Pacific.
Carragher joined Savills in 2004 when Strategic Alliance Partners merged with Studley (now Savills), establishing their Northern New Jersey office. Carragher founded Strategic Alliance in 1993 and served as its principal managing partner. Prior to Strategic, he spent eight years with CB Commercial in its Hackensack, New Jersey, office.
Carragher is an active member of the New Jersey All Stars Program, a non-profit association that aims to close the gap between middle-class and underprivileged youth.
