During his career with CBRE, Mr. Cleaver has led many of Metropolitan Washington's most complex and high-profile transactions, advising on capital placement and real estate decisions that have helped shape the regional skyline. His success within multiple, real estate disciplines provides unique credibility and a sought-after perspective, which he applies to his leadership of CBRE’s Institutional Office and Life Sciences Sales team in the Mid Atlantic. Mr. Cleaver remains on the forefront of innovative interaction with his clients, most recently establishing a wellness and employee engagement initiative through the pandemic known as Capital Gainz. The successful application of his well-rounded methodology has consistently placed Mr. Cleaver amongst the top producers across all service lines within CBRE and established a highly regarded process for connecting capital to opportunity. Outside of the office, Mr. Cleaver maintains a high level of community and charitable involvement. He sits on the Board of Trustees for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and passionately participates in many fundraising and awareness efforts on behalf of Living Proof – a nonprofit organization devoted to the support of cancer research. A graduate of Middlebury College, Mr. Cleaver lives in Washington, DC with his wife Leigh and two daughters. He is a devoted sports fan and an avid traveler.
