Mr. Cologna joined Pacific Capital in 1990 as a partner in the firm to assist in the acquisition of properties and the formation of partnerships. In 1991 he and Mr. Hollingshead formed Pacific Capital Management to manage the investment properties they had acquired and as a service for their clients. Prior to Mr. Cologna's affiliation with Pacific Capital Investments, Mr. Cologna was affiliated with Independent Planning Realty Corporation, a northern California investment company. He began working with Independent Planning Realty Corporation in 1985, and was responsible for all acquisitions and sales for the company. As the Director of Property Acquisitions and Sales, Mr. Cologna was responsible for transacting over $120,000,000 of partnership assets. Mr. Cologna graduated with honors from Menlo College with a degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Placer County Board of Realtors and is active in community and educational organizations.
