In 1986 Thomas began his career selling residential real estate in Alberta, Canada. After ten years in the industry he immigrated to the United States and completed an Associate Arts degree at Miami-Dade Community College. Before moving to San Diego, Thomas went on to earn a bachelors degree at Brown University in Providence Rhode Island. Thomas joined ECP Commercial in 2002 and worked for over 10 years with that company before joining Pacific Coast Commercial. After many years at Pacific Coast Commercial Thomas decided to become an Independent Broker and continues to specialize in office, retail, and investment property. Years of experience in sales and real estate ownership, combined with a solid education, have contributed to the development of a highly competent associate to service your commercial real estate needs.
