Mr. Glasgow joined Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania, Inc. in 2012 as an appraiser in the Pittsburgh Valuation & Advisory office. Following Mr. Glasgow’s real estate education at New York University he began work as an appraiser at Herskowitz, Rosen & Walton in Cherry Hill, NJ in 1992. While at Herskowitz, Rosen & Walton, as well as the successor firm of Herskowitz, Glasgow & McCarron, Mr. Glasgow worked on a variety of appraisals and consulting assignments for various property types throughout the Philadelphia Metropolitan area and Southern New Jersey. The firm’s primary focus was on valuation for local property tax and tax planning but the firm also provided appraisals for financing and other types of matters. Appraisal and consulting assignments have included office buildings, shopping centers, industrial complexes, commercial properties, apartments, and vacant land throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
