Tom Greeley is a Senior Managing Director with Newmark’s Boston Capital Markets Group, where he specializes in multifamily property disposition and equity capitalization, as well as hotel and development site transactions.
With over 100 transactions and $8 billion+ in total transactional volume under his belt, Greeley has an impressive track record. He played a key role in the largest multifamily transaction in Greater Boston history and secured the highest price per unit ever paid in the Greater Boston market. He and his team also work with private and institutional landowners in Greater Boston, having successfully brokered the sale of development sites exceeding 10 million FAR SF and $2.5 billion in aggregate land value since 2018.
Greeley is also co-host of the highly acclaimed podcast Good Dirt: Conversations with Leaders in Real Estate & Beyond. He began his brokerage career in 2011 as an analyst and Director at Cushman & Wakefield before joining Newmark in 2015. Greeley is a licensed commercial real estate broker and has undergone extensive training in the Argus DCF program as well as completed significant coursework through the Appraisal Institute.
