KPS was a full service commercial real estate brokerage and development firm that focused primarily on healthcare real estate. Prominent projects leased by him while at Cousins included Meridian Mark Plaza, Northside/Alpharetta Medical Campus and the Presbyterian Medical Plaza in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was responsible for the pre-leasing of the Crawford Long Medical Complex. Before joining Cousins, Tom worked with The Lea Richmond Company, a medical office management and Development Company. Tom began his career with five-year tenure as a property and project manager for Scott & Associates, Inc. In addition to his real estate experience, he served as campaign coordinator for Governor Roy Barnes’ 1990 campaign for Governor of the State of Georgia. He is a former member of the Advisory Board for Shepherd Center in Atlanta. Tom is on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Ronald McDonald House where he serves as Chairman.
