As Managing Partner of Redwood Realty Advisors, Thomas McConnell, CCIM is responsible for the growth and strategic oversight of the firm and its affiliated companies. He also oversees all multifamily advisory and brokerage activity in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Tom has more than 20 years of investment real estate experience and is frequently called upon to share his professional insight. He has been a guest lecturer at New York University, a guest columnist for industry publications and an expert court witness in real estate related cases. Tom has also been appointed by the superior court of New Jersey to act as court receiver in various litigations. He has been recognized by Real Estate Forum magazine as one of New Jersey's "Top Brokers". Additionally, Tom led a team that was recognized by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal as transacting the "Largest Multi-family Sale" in New Jersey. He has also been nominated as a "Power Broker" several times by the CoStar group. Prior to joining Redwood Realty Advisors Tom was Vice President of Investments and Director of Marcus & Millichap's National Multi Housing Group.
