Thul Miles joined Jones Lang LaSalle in May 2013. She is responsible for increasing market awareness of the Jones Lang LaSalle platform and capabilities across the GTA west, nationally and abroad through her prolific business development capabilities and existing client network.
Mrs. Miles currently leads a growing Industrial team of three professionals with each team member focused on complimentary skill sets to best service clients in today’s demanding and fast paced real estate environment.
Experience
Over the past decade, Mrs. Miles has specialized in the leasing and sales of industrial properties and land sites within the GTA West Market and has generated over 7,000,000 sq. ft. of industrial transactions with a total sale value of approximately $110,000,000 and a total lease value of approximately $80,000,000.
Mrs. Miles has worked with a number of private and institutional Landlords such as Blackwood Partners, 20 VIC on behalf of Ontario Pension Board (OPB), Agellan Capital, Pauls Properties Corporation and Cresthill Developments.
On the tenant representation side her team has represented clients such as Valspar Paints, Rolf C. Hagen, Espar Heating Systems, Grascan, and Algonquin Power.

Mrs. Miles started her career in 2003 at CBRE and within the first 5 years of her career (in the shortest amount of time possible based on revenue performance and tenure) she was promoted 5 levels to become Vice President. From June 2010 to May 2013 Mrs. Miles worked at Colliers International. At both firms Mrs. Miles has consistently proven to be a top 10 producing agent.
