In her role as Resident Experience Manager at The Bartlett, Tiffany Backus has designed and managed a minimum of ten (10) unique experiences which created buzz to maximize the “Whole Experience” campaign. She models the Circle of Influence method to build relationships and trust with the residents and works in tandem with the marketing team and social media influencers to ensure The Bartlett sense of community message is effectively communicated. Tiffany maximizes community partnerships to the benefit the Bartlett Residents and the overall bottom line. She implemented Be the BEST Front Desk, Welcome with a Purpose on Purpose, and the Strive for Five campaign for the entire staff to increase Satisfact scores and encourage favorable online reviews. Tiffany oversees the amenities spaces for in-house events, resident reservations and rental fees and acts as a liaison between the management office and the residents to address concerns and positive feedback. She works closely with the operations team to ensure special projects are completed i.e. Capex and general maintenance of the building. Tiffany also oversees the porter staff to ensure they are following JBG SMITH cleanliness standards and that overall appearance of the building is up to par. She has also actively participated in pre-leasing as it related to leasing, hard hat property tours and conducting open houses.
