Tiffany and her team work with companies who have a growing presence in North America. She is passionate about helping her clients expand and optimize their commercial real estate portfolios. She helped AKM Semiconductor relocate and expand their footprint in Silicon Valley, strategically negotiated SJVC’s 48,000 sq. ft. lease amendment, and successfully structured leases for Pacific Clinics completing transactions for them over 31,000 sq. ft. in multiple locations throughout the Bay Area.
