Tiffany is responsible for handling land sale and lease transactions, representing both buyers and sellers in the Triangle region. The CBRE | Raleigh Land Services Group has represented some of the largest land transactions in the Triangle region and is consistently one of the top producing land teams in North Carolina. In 2022, Tiffany and the team completed $157M in land sales. Recently, the team was recognized by the Triangle Business Journal’s Space Awards for representing the second largest transaction in the Triangle in 2022 for the sale of a 110-acre soon-to-be mixed-use campus in Morrisville; the first and third largest transactions in the Triangle in 2017 for the sale of 411 S. Roxboro St. in Durham and N.C. Hwy. 42 & U.S. Hwy. 70 in Clayton; and achieving the third largest transaction in 2018 for the sale of Olde Towne and in 2015 for the sale of 8341/8515 Old Lead Mine Rd., both in Raleigh.
Previously, Tiffany was a marketing specialist with CBRE | Raleigh, providing marketing and brokerage support for investment sales, land and industrial transactions. Assisting two teams of brokers in the day-to-day marketing activities, Tiffany was responsible for creating and maintaining listings, agreements, property evaluations and proposals for all assigned projects.
Prior to joining CBRE | Raleigh, Tiffany worked as a brokerage assistant with Avison Young, formerly Grubb & Ellis | Thomas Linderman Graham. Before beginning a career in commercial real estate, she worked in wealth management as a trust administrator with Wells Fargo and US Trust, Bank of America. Her responsibilities included managing a portfolio of trusts, estates and brokerage accounts for high-net-worth clients.
