Tiffany became a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker in 2019 and a licensed Kentucky agent in 2021. Before becoming licensed, Tiffany was the administrative assistant, with a focus on social media marketing for over ten years. Tiffany has seen much success and has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. In 2022 she was awarded the Garnet Pyramid Award by the Egyptian Board of Realtors for selling over 65 units or $10 million of propery.
Tiffany is originally from Central Illinois, where she grew up on a corn and beef cattle farm. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Agribusiness from Illinois State University in 1996. Two months later, she was hired at the county farm bureau manager in Massac County IL. Her position with the Massac County Farm Bureau led her to meet her now husband, Daniel. Along with Daniel's family, they farm almost 3000 acres of corn, soybeans, wheat and alfalfa in Massac County.
Tiffany and her family are very service minded. She is involved in various organizations in her community. She is a member of Psi Eta sorority. Psi Eta focuses their efforts on providing Christmas to children in Massac County that might not get one otherwise. She also assists Psi Eta sorority in hosting the annual Cancer Survivor Breakfast. Along with her husband and children, Logan & Larkin, Tiffany attends Community Christian Church in Metropolis.
Tiffany was recently elected by her peers to serve a three year term on the Egyptian Board of Realtors (EBOR) Board of Directors. She is also a member of the EBOR Education/Technology Committee and assists with new agent training. Tiffany is also a board member of the Metropolis Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves on the Membership Committee.
Tiffany especially enjoys her responsibility of managing the social media marketing for Farmer & Company Real Estate . Her agriculture background provides her with firsthand knowledge of land prices, whether farmland, hunting property or just vacant land, making her the ideal broker to turn to when selling or buying land.
