Bio
Originally from St. Louis, MO, Tiffany went to Westminster College on a full Academic scholarship and earned her B.A. Her background in St. Louis included business sales for Marriott Corporation and Southwestern Bell, and her roster of clients included Ralston Purina, ARPERCEN, Anheuser Busch, Energizer, McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing), Edward Jones, and many more.
Tiffany moved to southwest Florida in 1993 and continued in the communications industry. She served as a regional sales manager for a cellular company before being one of the first owners in SW Florida of her own Nextel franchise.
After selling the franchise profitably a few years later, her commercial real estate career began in 2002 at a friend’s boutique firm that specialized in land entitlement. This included zoning, codification, road impact, environmental entitlements and also development orders. The process included partnership agreements, investor
proformas, development engineering, site use and design, and then subsequently selling the fully-entitled properties to developers. Finally, most of those developers hired Tiffany to represent the end products in leasing and sales which included retail, office, and industrial properties.
Tiffany’s specialties include tenant representation in land, retail, and office, and sales and leasing of retail, office, multi-tenant industrial, and land. She has been featured for her knowledge and success in the News Press, Gulf Coast Commercial, Gulfshore Business, NBC-2 News, FOX-4 News and was also the featured commercial
presenter at the Estero Real Estate review two of the three years it occurred.
Needing a national platform for some clients, Tiffany spent approximately five years with Coldwell Banker Commercial. Then, during the market downturn, Tiffany focused on brokerage as director of Re/Max Commercial in Estero and cultivated several exclusive bank clients including Synovus Bank, M & I Bank, Wells Fargo (assets over $500K), Iberia Bank, First Community Bank of SW FL, and Farmer’s and Merchants Bank. These listings represented millions of dollars in transactions. Other clients of note include Dunkin Donuts, Allstate, AFLAC, State Farm, E-Maint (now Fluke International), US LBM, and Applebee’s, for which Tiffany handled all site acquisition and disposition in south Florida from 2005 through 2017, and 76 Petroleum, for which she handles all site acquisition in south Florida today. Responsibilities for these clients include(d) meeting with local governments regarding engineering and entitlements, and as a liaison with engineers and architects. In December of 2017 Tiffany joined SVN (Sperry Van Ness). With SVN’s large national reach, commercial tools, FDIC contracts, specialty platforms (such as land) and their cooperative brokerage environment, it was a perfect fit.
Tiffany served on the Board of Directors for the Edison Festival of Lights for six years, and also served on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Investment Professionals of SW Florida for 10 years, and served as Secretary (2 years), President Elect, and as President in 2018. She has a passion for food/cooking and animal welfare. She has been married to husband, Louis, for almost 20 years and has two step daughters.
