Bio
As Vice Chairman and Director of the Savills Phoenix office, Tiffany Winne leads daily operations, recruitment, training and development, as well as research and marketing initiatives. Owing to her leadership qualities and expertise in commercial real estate, Tiffany was also elected to the company’s board of directors in 2018. Since joining Savills in 2002, Tiffany has been devoted to representing tenants and helping them turn real estate into strategic business advantages. Throughout her more than 16-year real estate career, Tiffany has executed transactions totaling over 12 million square feet with a cumulative value of more than $3.5 billion across 30-plus markets domestically and abroad. Tiffany has developed an expertise not only in managing transactions, but also in analyzing and operating complex portfolios in office, industrial and retail sectors for both leasing and sales. While some decisions may seem simple, Tiffany utilizes her financial acumen to leverage lease negotiations, office relocations, buy versus lease decisions and space efficiency analyses. Additionally, she provides workplace strategies to boost business productivity and identifies proactive cost-reduction strategies within her clients’ portfolios. Her versatility has allowed her to serve clients across a wide breadth of industries including financial services, law, media, technology, health care, not-for-profits, etc.
