Tiffini Miller is the Global Transactions Management (TM) Lead for the Financial Services Division at JLL. In this role, she oversees delivering tailored TM solutions for our clients, leads the strategy and efforts for deeper penetration of TM services throughout the division and ensures tighter alignment between JLL Work Dynamics and Markets. She consults with accounts where we have opportunities and gaps to provide additional support to ensure more consistent performance. She works with our Solutions Development Team to foster growth of TM in our Financial Services Division.
She is a results-oriented professional with extensive and broad-based experience in corporate real estate acquisition/disposition strategies, leasing, contract negotiation, transaction management, portfolio management, real estate development, marketing, relocation, property management, real estate feasibility studies, request for proposals and staff management.
Experience
Previously, at JLL, Tiffini was Managing Director of a global financial services account overseeing the US, EMEA and LATAM portfolios. Tiffini helped deliver record profitability and client savings while leading teams in both Work Dynamics and Markets as part of our TM delivery team at JPMC. Prior to joining JLL, Tiffini was a Senior Transactions Manager at CBRE, responsible for overseeing the real estate portfolio for a high-profile healthcare client account. She provided ongoing management of real estate transaction activities for the portfolio of properties on behalf of the client that included retail, office, industrial, medical office, multifamily and land transactions. She implemented portfolio-wide transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of real estate properties; coordinated field resources and other stakeholders in the execution of real estate transactions, including leasing activities in client owned and third party owned property, new site acquisitions, disposition of surplus space, renewals and early lease termination; and negotiated and reviewed leases, contracts, license agreements and other standard real estate legal documents in accordance with firm and client practices and procedures, among other responsibilities.
Formerly, she also worked as a Manager of Commercial development and leasing at DFW International Airport and a Chief real estate specialist with the City of Dallas’ Real Estate Services.
