Business Background
Prior to joining Colliers International, Tim served as Business Development with Weston, Inc., a privately held commercial real estate company with offices in Ohio and Kentucky. In his role at Weston, Tim was responsible for marketing and leasing an industrial portfolio of 12 MM SF. During his tenure with Weston, Tim procured and developed relationships with local, regional, and national companies, as well as the local brokerage community, resulting in completed transactions totaling more than $53 MM.
