Tim grew up in the Kansas City area. After his early years in pharmaceutical sales and marketing Tim branched out to start his own business. Bird Sings Card and Gift was Tim's vision and he made it a reality. Having designed an entire line of greeting cards and opening a retail store on the Plaza he got the entrepreneurial spirit. Greeting cards and gift stores became obsolete and his interest turned to real estate. As a professional designer Tim found his groove helping clients maximize the sale price of their homes and minimize the time on the market. He also shops relentlessly for his clients when searching for their next perfect home at the perfect price. His clients not only sing his praises, but they walk away as friend.
From day one, Colley House + Home has been about more than selling houses. As the owner and founder, Tim had the goal of creating a one stop, home service collective. He believes that every client deserves to feel safe and satisfied when buying or selling a home. Tim aims to provide every option to maximize his clients’ investments.
