Tim has been actively involved in professional real estate for over 31 years. He is uniquely qualified given his extensive experience as an accredited appraiser, assessor, property tax consultant and licensed real estate agent having worked throughout British Columbia. Tim has held senior positions with the BC Assessment Authority, Colliers International and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. He remains an active professional currently serving on the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board’s Commercial Zone and the BC Commercial Council. Tim returned to his family roots in the Okanagan Valley in 2003. The Down family has been in the Okanagan Valley for close to 70 years.
