Tim Kuruzar is a Director for JLL’s Retail Investment Capital Markets team based in Los Angeles. He is focused on Prime Urban and Anchored Retail properties throughout California.
Tim brings more than 12 years of real estate experience in Southern California. Prior to joining JLL in 2018, Tim was Vice President at CBRE for 6 years, where he completed more than $400 million in transaction volume including multiple sales records. Specializing in the sale and acquisition of retail and mixed-use properties, his passion for Prime Urban and Anchored Retail has set him apart and made him into a trusted expert in the field.
Tim graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University, where he was a founding member of the Stock Market Club. He is affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as a member and the Alzheimer’s Association of America – Los Angeles Chapter as a Sponsorship Liason.
