Bio
Third-generation auctioneer based in Dayton, Ohio specializing in the sale of real estate at auction since 1996. Extensive experience marketing and selling properties of all types including commercial, industrial and residential as well as agricultural and development land. Much of his time since 2008 has been spent conducting REO and foreclosure auctions for major lending institutions. In April of 2012, Tim sold his personal property auction company, Innovative Auctions, Inc., and remains with the company as their lead auctioneer. He served as Southwest Director for the Ohio Auctioneer's Association from 2010-2012 and was the 1997 Ohio State Bid-Calling Champion. He attended Missouri Auction School, holds a BA in Speech Communications/Business from The University of Findlay and completed his graduate work at Ohio University resulting in a Master of Fine Arts degree. He received his designation from the Certified Auctioneer's Institute in 2010.
