Tim McCune is a Tenant Representation specialist in lease, purchase, and build-to-suit negotiations for his national and local clients. With over 29 years of real estate experience, Tim has built a reputation as a hard-driven, nationally known professional. Clients, including D.R. Horton, Inc., ClubCorp, IFCO and Domtar Paper Company, LLC have retained Tim because of his ability to successfully meet or exceed their requirements and goals. Tim has worked with CRA for over 20 years. He began his real estate career at the Swearingen Company in 1983, and worked at the Brosseau Company later known as Colliers Brosseau, where he served two terms on the national network’s Steering Committee overseeing marketing and administration for Colliers’ North American offices.
