Tim joined Harrigan Weidenmuller as a salesman in 1965. After Graduating from UC Berkeley, he worked in Los Angeles in the Insurance industry. He worked as a sales associate with HWCO until 1972, when he started his own firm, Muller and Company. Muller and Company specialized in Industrial leasing, Sales and Real Estate Syndications. In 1988, the partners of HWCO asked Tim to comeback to the firm as the sole principal and lead the company into the 21st century. He still remains its President.
