Tim Reed is the member of the Limited Liability Partnership with primary responsibility for commercial property. This involves valuations, property management, disposals together with landlord and tenant work and rating advice.
Tim went to Southbank Polytechnic to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management and, after a sandwich year with a District Valuer and a Valuation Office in Hackney, worked for Bernard Thorpe in the West End. Subsequent to this he joined the Hereford office of Bernard Thorpe at the end of 1988 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1990. He became an associate of DTZ Debenham Thorpe in 1998. Turner & Company undertook a management buyout from DTZ Debenham Thorpe in 1999 and Tim purchased half of Turner & Company in 2007 and completed the acquisition in 2010 before becoming a member of the Partnership of Sunderlands at the beginning of 2014.
Tim undertakes a broad spectrum of commercial property work and acts on behalf of a range of different clients from individuals and well known local companies through to national firms. In his spare time Tim enjoys time with his family, walking/cycling and following many different sports.
