Tim joined the family business in April 2017, bringing with him 18 years of experience in the financial industry including sales, client services and management.
As a life-long resident of Wichita, Tim graduated from Kapaun-Mt. Carmel High School in 1998 and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wichita State University in 2004.
Tim started at Intrust Bank during his college years and worked his way up to Bank Supervisor and Investment Specialist. During his 12 years at Intrust, he was recognized twice for excellence in sales, an award given annually to just a couple dozen employees throughout Intrust.
After Intrust, Tim worked for two years as a Paraplanner to a Financial Advisor and then four years as a Financial Advisor and Insurance Agent Manager. During this time, Tim earned his designation as a General Securities Registered Representative (Series 7, 63 & 66) and as a Licensed Insurance Agent. During Tim’s first year as a Financial Advisor, he was recognized as the top rookie agent (gross sales) in a region which included Kansas and part of southern Nebraska.
Tim is currently engaged in leasing and sales for Utter Commercial Real Estate. In January 2021, Tim became the new owner of Utter Commercial Property Management, managing a variety of large and small office and retail properties in Wichita. Tim is also currently working toward achieving his CCIM designation.
