Tim is focused on achieving exceptional outcomes for his landlord and tenant clients. His nine years of experience at Lincoln, Carr Properties, and CBRE have given him a unique skillset that includes financial analysis, lease negotiation, and market research. Tim has represented many notable office buildings and development projects in Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland – including Midtown Center, 1700 New York Avenue, the Bank Building, Hall of States Building, 901 K Street, 2300 N Street, and 2001 Pennsylvania Avenue. Tim serves as a co-chair of the Events Committee for the Commercial Real Estate Brokers Association. Tim’s philanthropic efforts include ongoing support and contributions to the Haymakers for Hope – a 501c3 which raises money for cancer research, care and survivorship through the sport of boxing. In 2023, Tim entered the ring to fight in the Beltway Brawl IV – and was able to raise over $64,000 that went directly to the Kimmel Cancer Center at Sibley Memorial Hospital. He also serves on the Auxiliary Council for the Bishop John T. Walker School for Boys – an Episcopal school for children from historically underserved communities in the Washington, DC area.
