Tim Wright, P.E. is the Founder of WRIGHT Management, a licensed Professional Engineer, and a LEED accredited professional. WRIGHT Management is a real estate project management firm specializing in assisting developers, landlords, and tenants in the completion of complex design and construction projects. He has managed the successful delivery of over 1M square feet of buildings and is licensed in Texas and California as a professional Civil Engineer. Tim Wright is an expert in design and construction project management, building operations, asset management, and real estate project development.
Tim graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and has been involved as a project manager or program manager on a variety of projects for public and private entities. Prior to his involvement with Wright Real Estate Management, Tim was the President of Construction Management at The Irving Group in San Diego, California and Vice President of Investment Properties Management Inc. in Austin, Texas. He has also worked with HNTB Corporation as a civil engineer and construction manager. Tim has managed design and construction projects for Fortune 500 Companies such as Deloitte Services, Tony Robbins, General Dynamics NASSCO, The San Diego Natural History Museum, private universities such as Point Loma Nazarene University, and public clients such as the U.S. Navy and the Social Security Administration.
