Precedent to becoming Partner of The Joyce Rey Team, Timothy founded The Di Prizito Group of Beverly Hills, “Luxury Real Estate Sales with a Competitive Edge.” The Di Prizito Group of Beverly Hills was one of the first team concepts and a brand, created by Di Prizito that set the trend and raised the bar for elite realtor services, beyond the scope of a single agent.
Born and raised on the south shores of New Jersey, just outside of Atlantic City, Timothy is a graduate of Clemson University, South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1991. At Clemson, Timothy was an NCAA Division 1 Swimmer and championship age group Triathlete. It was through years and years of intense training and competing in a variety of high-level competitive athletics that has prepared his strong will and perseverance to be the BEST in business.
Aggressive as a shark, Timothy never sat around, beginning his entrepreneurial ambitions right after college created a new innovative fitness consulting company 100% Pure Fitness, and launched his first fitness product The Orbital 360, a three-dimensional exercise machine designed for stretch, strength, and cardiovascular training all in one. During this time, Timothy also works professionally alongside of Hollywood’s major A-List stars including Jim Carrey, Jennifer Aniston, Morgan Freeman, Nicholas Cage, Christian Slater, Amy Smart, Robert Wagner, Steve Gutenberg, Arsenio Hall, and Pam Anderson to name a few.
Timothy’s entrepreneurial endeavors continued in the new millennium. Inspired by personal real estate experiences and a love of architecture, Timothy became one of LA’s tops producing real estate agents. Since transitioning into this highly competitive field, The Beverly Hills Courier (the number one local paper of Beverly Hills) have recognized Timothy as one of Beverly Hills Top 10 Real Estate Brokers. From 2017-18, Timothy has been named in Coldwell Banker’s top 1% agent category. Additionally, Timothy has been featured on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, NBC’s EXTRA Mansions and Millionaires, and Selling Mega Mansions.
