Bio
Tim Grant joined JLL in 2017 and provides both agency and tenant representation services throughout the San Francisco Peninsula and Silicon Valley. Over 40 years of CRE brokerage in 3 distinct California markets including Orange County, Ventura County and the Bay Area beginning in 1997. Prior to JLL, Tim worked at Avison Young as their lead office broker in Silicon Valley from 2013-17 and spent 32 years with CBRE. Over his 25 years in the Bay Area, Tim has completed $2B in transactions, including 900+ leases for over 6M square feet, plus a dozen major institutional investment sales.
Education
Tim is a graduate of UCLA with a B.A. in Geography Ecosystems and took additional coursework in law and finance at UCLA and UCI to obtain a CA Broker’s license.
