Tim Joyce has been in the Southern California Real Estate Market for over 30 years working with Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, and Directors of Corporate Real Estate regarding institutional and corporate dispositions, reals estate planning strategies, appraisals, and financing. Mr. Joyce has sold or leased over $1 billion in real estate throughout his career. He has also sold over 170 acres of land in Southern California to various companies or developers for corporate headquarters and or development.
Prior to joining PMRG, Tim was a Principal at CLW Commercial Real Estate, and Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis. At CLW, he co-owned and ran the commercial real estate operations, increasing sales growth by 200%. At Grubb & Ellis, Tim was Director of Corporate Services in the Western Region where he handled the sale of the Corporate Headquarters for Hyundai Motor America in Fountain Valley, the regional distribution hub for Mitsubishi Corporation, and the relocation of both Fluor’s and Safeco’s Orange County headquarters. He also oversaw the relocation of over 2,000 employees with Loral Aeroneutronics, now Lockheed Martin.
Mr. Joyce was also a partner at Colliers-Seeley where he managed the South Orange County operations for sales and leasing. Tim was the top producing manager/partner his first year with the company, selling the Mission Energy Industrial portfolio to Kilroy Realty REIT. Tim has been recognized as a top producer numerous times throughout his career.
Tim attended Seattle University via scholarship where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. He holds a real estate license in the state of California.
