Timothy Kuhn is a Senior Managing Director with Colliers International and the senior New Jersey based member of the Manhattan-based Cabrera team.
His primary focus is on Tenant Representation and Landlord Agency. With over 20 years in the real estate industry — nearly 15 years in real estate advisory and transaction execution — Mr. Kuhn brings comprehensive experience and advice to real estate occupiers and owners in structuring their space, lease and financing obligations. As a member of elite teams on matters most relevant to portfolio management, space and investment financial performance, and location selection he has been directly responsible for nearly 2 million sq. ft. of office facilities transactions, and underwritten or advised on in excess of $3 billion in actionable transactions value. Mr. Kuhn has advised many regional and global firms, including Bertelsmann AG, Thomson Reuters Corporation, Skanska USA, Rockefeller Development Group, Inc., and WPP plc.
