Mr. Londregan became licensed in Virginia in 1987 and is now a licensed real estate broker in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Completed transactions include several notable regional and national companies including CVS, Brooks Pharmacy, Stop & Shop, Wendy's International, Krispy Kreme, Blockbuster Video, General Medical Corporation, Bob's Discount Furniture, Airborne Express, and Dunkin’ Donuts. Mr. Londregan served as Real Estate Director to Bess Eaton Coffee & Bake Shops in Westerly, Rhode Island prior to the sale of the chain to Wendy's International and its conversion to Tim Horton's.
Mr. Londregan is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He has spent over ten years in the hotel and restaurant industry. Mr. Londregan was one of the youngest Directors of Sales and Marketing when he worked for Hilton Hotels Corporation in New Jersey, Virginia, and New York in 1987. Mr. Londregan serves on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Southeastern Connecticut, The Shea Perpetual Trust, and The Connecticut Sports Foundation Against Cancer.
