Bio
Tim joined Colliers’ senior leadership team in 2017, bringing more than 35 years of experience in corporate operations, corporate real estate, transaction management and facility management. In the role of Senior Executive Vice President, he is responsible for managing and developing Colliers Office and Industrial Brokerage Practice in Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware.
Clients benefit from Tim’s vast experience in the commercial real estate and public sector. He is a consummate professional who understands the many facets shaping real estate decision making.
Prior to joining Colliers, Tim was Chief Operating Officer at the Delaware River Port Authority responsible for the corporate operations, facility management, real estate, security, fleet operations, food service, and capital improvements across all assets owned by the Authority. In that role, he developed and managed an annual $40 million operating budget, 250 union and non union professionals, and assisted in development and implementation of the $500 million dollar multi-year capital budget. Other past experience includes: President and Partner, GVA Smith Mack; Vice President, Land Acquisition, Pulte Homes; Senior Vice President, GMH Capital Partners; and Executive Vice President, Managing Director, Grubb & Ellis.
