Mr. Tecimer joined Overton Moore Properties in July 2000 as President and COO. Tecimer brings a wide experience in commercial and industrial development, asset management, property management, and leasing services to the Company. He is responsible for overseeing all of the firms operations including acquisitions/investments, development and management. In addition, Mr. Tecimer directs all joint venture and capital structures and long range planning of the firm. Since 2000, Mr. Tecimer has been responsible for the acquisition and development of over 22 million square feet of commercial property in California. Tecimer joined OMP after 12 years with Trammell Crow Company and is currently active in the Urban Land Institute, SIOR, and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He is a Founding Board Member of the Ziman Center for Real estate at the Anderson School @ UCLA and past Board of Trustee of the Southern California Multiple Sclerosis Society. He holds a California Real Estate Broker License. Tecimer is a graduate of University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science and received an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA in 1989.
