Ms. Yeung began her real estate career in Hong Kong specializing in the development of office buildings in the Shenzhen province. In 2004, she moved to Los Angeles where she began working on land entitlement projects in the Santa Clarita Valley and Moreno Valley and completed over one thousand acres development projects acquisition.
Ms. Yeung has also developed several multi-unit condominiums in Pasadena. From 2012, she had completed over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions including Fairmont Newport Beach, Irvine Hilton, Holiday Inn LAX, Marriott LAX, Torrance Marriott and some other large scaled residential development projects.
Ms. Yeung’s comprehensive experience in real estate development and her extensive international network provides her the expertise to lead the investor relations team.
