T.J. embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of Chicago. He is the Owner and Founder of Fulton Grace Realty, a national residential brokerage and property management company operating in four states. Under T.J.’s leadership, Fulton Grace has exploded into one of the nation's most well respected and fastest growing residential real estate firms. Fulton Grace’s consistent and exponential growth has landed it on the coveted Inc. 5,000 list for the past ten consecutive years (2015 - 2024) and has earned a spot on Crain's "Fast 50" showcasing the 50 fastest growing companies in the Chicagoland area for 3 consecutive years (2020 - 2022).
T.J. has not only helped build a robust real estate practice, but he has also helped create an unparalleled, energetic work environment.
