Mr. Brimberg is the Vice President of O,R&L’s Commercial/Industrial and Retail Group. He has over 40 years of business experience in CT and 20 years as a commercial, industrial and retail broker. He is actively involved in O,R&L’s tenant representation activities and the sale and leasing of properties throughout Connecticut. Operating out of the company’s two locations in Branford and Rocky Hill, he works with landlords and developers of commercial projects. He has significant experience in lease and sale contract negotiation, site selection, investment analysis, feasibility studies and opinions of value.
