Toby is responsible for the Shrewsbury and Telford office and is Head of Agency for the firm.
Toby, who qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986 has a large, established client base and has completed many notable sales and lettings, ranging from shops, offices and industrial properties for local private clients to multi-million pound investment portfolios on behalf of national funds. He has also won the EGi Deal Maker of the year award for Shropshire for the last 5 consecutive years.
Toby, the former chairman of Shropshire County Cricket Club, enjoyed a long playing career in the Shropshire Cricket League with Wroxeter and remains keenly interested in the sport. He also enjoys supporting Shrewsbury Town FC and is a regular golfer and runner having completed several 10k races both home and abroad.
Toby and his wife are also very keen gardeners and regularly open their garden for charity.
