Tod Breslau is a Commercial Real Estate Broker & Real Estate Developer based in Portland, Oregon. Originally based in Los Angeles, Breslau worked in the food and beverage industry beginning in 1986. Working from the ground up, Breslau has worked in every aspect of the restaurant business, from a busboy, to General Manager, to the CEO and Managing Partner of Pacific Innovations Restaurant Group, heading up the development, concept, and branding of the Cha Cha Cha restaurants in California.
In 2001 he began purchasing and developing various residential and commercial properties including the Jupiter Hotel property located in the up and coming Lobu neighborhood. The Jupiter was named one of the top hotels in the Conde Nast Traveler Magazine (2005) and GQ Magazine offers travelers to Portland a combination of high design, style, and low budget hospitality in addition to incredible night club and dining experience at the on-site Doug Fir Lounge. Tod also is the managing partner of the Hood River Hotel, and the new NEXT Hotel in Portland.
Tod has brokered over $60,000,000 in real estate transactions, representing hundreds of clients on the purchase, sale and leasing of retail, office, and other commercial, multi-family, and hospitality properties.
Breslau specializes in the sale, and leasing of Retail, Office, Multifamily, Hospitality and Industrial Properties throughout the State of Oregon. Breslau was an employee of Marriott, Mt Airy Lodge Golf Resort, and has owned golf course homes at Desert Falls Country Club and Chaparral Country Club.
In addition to the Jupiter Hotel, Breslau is the Senior Commercial Broker of Premiere Property Group, a residential and commercial Real Estate brokerage in Portland, Oregon, with over 1000 brokers in 10 offices. His work in Real Estate has earned him the Diamond Platinum Broker of the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors and he has been ranked in the top 10 percent of all Portland Real Estate brokers.
