Tod Fobare is the Managing Partner of Skyrise Properties. Skyrise Properties is a midsized Real Estate Investment Company operating primarily in Texas. Mr. Fobare oversees all of Skyrise Properties' investment, development, and disposition activities.
Skyrise Properties is an active commercial real estate investor/developer in the Office, Retail, Industrial, Land, and Data Center segments of the Texas market. Several of Mr. Fobare's developments have won awards. Recently, Eastside, a transit oriented development blending office, retail and multi-family components, and Data Park Dallas, a state of the art data center, both located in Richardson, Texas, have received industry recognition and acclaim.
Mr. Fobare is also the President of Fobare Commercial, L.P. Fobare handles the operations of all Skyrise Properties investments. The company was founded in 1989 as a third party real estate management company. Today, Fobare Commercial's primary focus is the management of Skyrise Properties assets.
Mr. Fobare received a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from Union College where he was an All-American Hockey Player in 1983. In 2010, he was inducted into Union College's Athletic Hall Of Fame for his achievements on the ice. He is married to Shelagh and has three daughters: Kaitlin, Hanna and Maggie. The Fobares are active members of the Dallas community, and volunteer for many charitable organizations throughout the Metroplex.
