Bio
Todd Davis was Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Central Florida Office Team, which services owners, tenants and investors throughout the greater Orlando area. An Orlando native, Mr. Davis built his commercial real estate career in the Central Florida market. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019, along with partners Robert Kellogg and Colin Morrison, from Colliers International. Prior to joining Colliers in 2009, he served as Vice President of Office Services with Carter, where he handled leasing and sales, new business development, and consulting. In addition to office leasing, Mr. Davis’ broad experience includes investment sales, research and analytics, and site selection.
