Todd Ederer’s expertise is built on over 20 years of experience in real estate, development, residential and commercial planning, and construction. In past years he was employed with Raven Development in Pickerington, Ohio. While there he analyzed large scale development opportunities and commenced implementation of Brookstone in Westerville, Ohio. Returning home to work the family real estate business with his father, Alan, Todd’s formation of Ederer Construction was a logical addition to the services of Ederer Real Estate. His responsibilities include lead generation, presentation, financial and contractual implementation and overall operational management.
