Mr. Hargreaves has been President and Chief Investment Officer of Service Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SVC) since 2022 and Chief Investment Officer since 2020. He is also a Senior Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and is responsible for all real estate and real estate related acquisitions at RMR. Prior to joining RMR in 2010, Mr. Hargreaves worked at American International Group (NYSE: AIG) and was responsible for life insurance and CMBS originations.
