Bio
Husak’s responsibilities include partnering with the current agency team to grow market share, maximize the value of their client’s assets in the region and continue to expand JLL’s reach throughout the Bay Area. He has an extensive and diverse range of corporate real estate knowledge and expertise including 16 years with CBRE overseeing all strategic planning, business development and transaction services in the greater Palo Alto and San Francisco Peninsula areas.
Prior to joining JLL, Todd was an assistant coach for the Stanford football team while earning a Master’s degree from the Stanford School of Education. From 2000-2005, Todd played in the NFL with stops in Washington DC, New York, Denver, and Cleveland. In 1999, Todd led Stanford football to its first conference championship and Rose Bowl appearance in 28 years and was named 1st team All PAC 10 Conference. He still ranks among the leaders in school history in passing yards, touchdowns and total offense.
Todd maintains close ties to Stanford University and the athletic department through fundraisers and community service projects. He is the radio color analyst for the Stanford football team and works alongside fellow alum Scott Reiss. He is an active member in SPIRE, or Stanford Professionals in Real Estate, where Todd serves as a mentor for students interested in commercial real estate as well as networking with fellow alumni. Todd is committed to improving the Palo Alto community and volunteers for a number of organizations including EPATT, Coaching Corps, Right to Play, Positive Coaching Alliance, CoachArt and the Child & Family Institute.
