Todd Sheaffer is a native Oregonian who graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Finance and Marketing. Todd manages the day to day development, investment, and consulting activities of the Specht Companies. Beginning his career with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Todd spent three years as a Financial Institutions Examiner/Analyst. In this capacity he was responsible for analyzing the safety and soundness of banks, focusing primarily on commercial real estate portfolios. Todd joined PacifiCare of Oregon as a Financial Analyst in 1994 where he was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial and managerial reporting, and cost accounting.
