With over 30 years of economic development experience, Todd is responsible for the development and improvement of relationships with new clients, communities and prospects. Todd had been involved in providing industrial site selection and location services for companies such as Hydro-Gear, Komatsu, Illinois Tool Works, Treves, Inc., Skyline Steel, and North American Lighting.
Prior to joining Agracel, Inc., Todd’s career began in local economic development positions in the Cities of Vandalia, IL and Pekin, IL. Following, Todd held several different economic development positions in the utility industry with Central Illinois Public Service Company (CIPS) and then Ameren Services.
Todd has a B.A. in Political Science from Eastern Illinois University, is a licensed real estate broker, as well as a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) and an associate member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
