Todd A. Tilson is a principal of Consolidated Equities Corporation. Since graduating from Washington University in St. Louis in 1987, Todd has been engaged full time in the real estate business. Todd’s career began as a commercial appraiser, earning the MAI designation (Member Of The Appraisal Institute) and subsequently co-founding his own appraisal business. Drawing on his extensive appraisal background, Todd began seeking investment and development opportunities which lead to the founding of Consolidated Equities. In his role with CEC, Todd is active in the management of existing projects and seeking new opportunities for which to expand. Todd is also very involved within the community, currently serving as an executive member on the board of Comprehensive Housing Assistance Corporation (CHAI) as well as other charitable and philanthropic endeavors. Todd’s personal interests include bicycling, hiking and travel and he currently resides in Lutherville, with his wife Nancy and daughters Carly and Taylor.
