Bio
Prior to founding ACARA Todd spent nearly twenty years in corporate commercial real estate running teams and platforms for companies such as CBRE, Cushman Wakefield and Greystone. Todd has received many awards for his achievements in brokerage and is well known for his work on many complex land use and joint venture projects. The culmination of Todd’s work in the multifamily business is represented by thousands of units and billions of dollars of completed apartment properties. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, has served as co-chair for the Oakland Land Use Committee and has worked with several municipalities throughout California. In addition to his work with ACARA, Todd is recognized as a leader in the industry and currently heads the National Multifamily Platform for eXp Commercial. Originally from the Midwest, Todd now lives in Northern California with his wife and three children.
