Todd Wilson is Senior Vice President of Residential Property Management and Acquisitions for Diversified Funding Incorporated. Todd oversees the management of DFI’s portfolio of apartment communities, hotels, and commercial properties, with the focus on impacting revenue growth. In addition to the on-going property management activities across the entire DFI portfolio, Todd is also involved in acquisitions. Since joining DFI in 2006, Todd has been instrumental in locating and acquiring new properties and growing the DFI portfolio.
Todd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Management from Northeastern University. He lives on the South Shore with his wife and three children. Todd is a licensed real estate broker and construction supervisor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
