Toliver has distinguished himself as a leader in Southern California real estate. Having completed over 2,000 transactions over a 30 year career with a combined value of well over $1 billion, Toliver has the experience to facilitate any transaction from the most simple to the very complex.
Toliver has completed some of the largest transactions in Long Beach and Orange County, including Experian Information Solutions for approximately, 475,000 sq. ft., the sale of the 24 story Landmark Square Tower consisting of approximately 460,000 sq. ft., the sale of Orange County Business Center consisting of approximately 500,000 sq. ft., and many office leases from 1,000 sq. ft. to over 120,000 sq. ft.
Toliver has also had extensive experience in Los Angeles, having leased the 1 milllion square foot Wilshire Courtyard in West LA. Notable transactions include, Spelling Entertainment for 90,000 sq. ft., Entravision for 50,000 sq. ft., Creative Planet for 80,000 sq. ft. and EMI Music for 40,000 sq. ft.
Toliver now focuses his energies and efforts on Downtown Long Beach, and is responsible for nearly 1,000,000 sq. ft. of office property listings.
